All orders will be processed in 1-3 business days

2 to 5 business days
Shipping time can vary due to having two warehouses where products ship from.
- If a product ships from the US warehouse, your customer can expect delivery in about 2–5 business days.
- If a product ships from the International warehouse, it’s normal for delivery to take 7–15 business days.
Tracking Your Order
When your order is finished processing, and the order has shipped, PulseCara will send you a tracking number to the email you entered when your order was placed.
- The email with your tracking number will come from this email support@pulsecara.com
- You can use the tracking number with the Parcel App
- Recommended: You can also track your order using 17track net, which is at the top of the PulseCara website called "Tracking", which will give the most accurate tracking updates on your package.
Shipping Considerations
Orders are typically shipped from our U.S. warehouse via USPS. During periods of exceptionally high demand or temporary inventory shortages, some orders may ship directly from our manufacturing facility.
- Holidays: Operations may be paused during national holidays in the supplier's region.
- Seasonal Peaks: High shipping volumes during holiday or peak sales periods can slow down logistics.
- Weather Events: Severe weather conditions might disrupt local or international transportation networks.
How To Avoid Delivery Disruptions
- Remote Location Issues: Addresses flagged as "remote" by carriers, even when located in urban or accessible regions, might be undeliverable due to carrier policies. For example, an address in Fairbanks, despite being within city limits and served by major carriers, can still be marked as a remote location.
- Post Office Restrictions: It is not possible to deliver orders to post office addresses or P.O. boxes. We require a physical address to ensure the successful delivery of shipments.
Optional Package Protection
At PulseCara, we want your order to arrive safely. We recommend adding Shipping Protection to your order, which guarantees a swift replacement or refund if your package is lost in transit, damaged, incorrect or stolen (lost) after delivery. While standard shipping ends once the carrier marks the package 'Delivered,' Shipping Protection guarantees a priority replacement or refund if your item is lost, damaged, or stolen after delivery. Shipping Protection adds a faster seamless solution for customers.
This option is available in your cart with an opt-in button. It is not pre-selected, allowing you to select it and choose to ensure your order is protected during shipping and after delivery,
If you purchased Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is protected against loss, damage, or theft.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please take photos of the damaged or incorrect item and packaging and submit a claim within thirty (60) calendar days from the shipment date. Proof of damage is required.
- Lost In Transit: If your package is lost in transit beyond the shipment time, with no shipping update , please submit a claim within thirty (30) calendar days from the shipment date.
- Lost After Delivery/Stolen Items: If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please submit a claim within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date.
Claims are subject to review and must meet our protection guidelines.
Any false or misleading information may result in claim denial.
